Through our Food Parcel Programme, we provide essential, nutritious long-life food supplies designed to support a family for up to one month.

Each parcel typically includes staple items such as flour, rice, sugar, cooking oil, tea, lentils, beans, dates, canned goods and basic spices. Contents may vary slightly depending on local dietary needs and availability.
